Driver Qualifications

At least 23 years of age
Must have at least 1 year of verifiable prior experience operating similar equipment
Must have a valid CDL with appropriate endorsement for the type of equipment operated
No more than 2 moving violations within the past 2 years. No serious moving violations
No accidents within the prior 12 months
No DOT-recordable accidents during the prior 3 years
Must be medically qualified with a current DOT physical long form and certificate
Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen
Must successfully complete a road test
